Shipping Cost & Options
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For qualifying orders, we may offer free standard shipping. For heavy items (e.g., miners over 50lbs), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Order Handling Time
After placing your order, it will take approximately 1 – 3 business days for us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your item. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 business days, depending on your location and local carrier schedules. The total time from order placement to delivery is usually 6 – 11 business days. Please plan accordingly before placing your order.

Important Note on Electronic & Mining Hardware:
Mining hardware and electronic components are sensitive. We take extra care in packaging to ensure your product arrives safely. For heavy items (over 50 lbs), special shipping arrangements may apply. Customers are responsible for providing sufficient packaging when returning items to prevent damage during transit.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment online. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected handling time, please contact us for assistance.

Domestic vs. International Shipping
We primarily ship within the United States and select international destinations. For international orders, please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote before placing your order, as customs duties and taxes may apply.
